A Journey Through Art and Life
Born and raised in the south of Russia, Uliana Gardner's passion for art was ignited in childhood when her mother let her color and decorate the wallpaper during a home renovation. This early experience set the stage for a lifelong devotion to creativity.
Uliana pursued her dream by attending art college and then broadened her horizons with a stint in Australia to study English. Back in Russia, she excelled in university, earning honors in industrial design. Her marriage and move to Australia saw her blending family life with artistic endeavors, including four years of face painting, studying sculpture.
After the birth of her second child, Uliana delved deeply into painting, exploring various mediums such as acrylics, spray paint, and oil paints. She enjoys experimenting with different styles and defines her approach as abstract realism, where animals and humans are intertwined against abstract backgrounds. Through her works, Uliana aims to capture fleeting moments and reveal the beauty often overlooked in everyday life.
Currently, Uliana works with disabled people, providing art classes that empower and inspire. Her vibrant creations are inspired by her travels and daily experiences, always carrying a sketchbook to capture ideas. Uliana’s art invites viewers into her world, reflecting the beauty and diversity of her journey.
